We are Samantha and Miguel, long-time enthusiasts of our region, and a close, complementary couple with a shared passion for renovation.

When the ambition of the handyman collided with the creativity of the decorator, it sparked a cascade of dreams that led to the birth of multiple real estate projects.

For fourteen years, we thrived by envisioning, repairing, crafting, innovating, and revitalising a space deemed irredeemable by others. Despite initial perceptions, it holds exceptional beauty deserving of a new beginning, a fresh purpose.

Introducing these spaces to our dear ones fills us with immense emotion and pride. Their appreciation and trust serve as our greatest reward.

After welcoming our two equally enthusiastic children and benefiting from our diverse accomplishments, we made a choice to fulfil our lifelong aspiration - to establish our ultimate dream, our vision:
