Nestled amidst the Hérault vineyards and basking in the sunshine, this former wine-growing estate, located between Beziers and Pezenas, just a short distance from the stunning Mediterranean beaches of Marseillan, Cap d'Agde, Vias, Portiragnes and Mèze, has been transformed into a hotel residence surrounded by lush greenery.

Renovated in a Japandi style, the property now features 5 charming holiday apartments and a guest room with a private entrance. Each apartment is accessed via a grand central staircase that has maintained its original architectural charm.

Hidden from view, the swimming pool area will captivate you with its expansive and well-lit terrace spanning over 100m2, complete with deckchairs, parasols, and outdoor beds.

Additionaly, a solar shower is provided.
The area is accessible from April to October, subject to weather conditions, between 10 a-m and 7 p-m.
